In case you missed it:

Microsoft’s Leader evolves his thinking about compensating female employees.

REACTIONS: Always good to see a leader who can acknowledge a mistake. Microsoft’s CEO used to believe that karma/meritocracies would take care of female employees. He know believes that they should be advocate for themselves. Refreshing honesty about the value of acknowledging when you were on the wrong side of history and trying to fix it.

VERDICT: READ IT. Useful stats/data and a valuable reminder to continually question long-held assumptions. A useful reminder to look at how your female employees are being treated.
