REACTIONS: Always good to see a leader who can acknowledge a mistake. Microsoft’s CEO used to believe that karma/meritocracies would take care of female employees. He know believes that they should be advocate for themselves. Refreshing honesty about the value of acknowledging when you were on the wrong side of history and trying to fix it.
